[00:00:35] of myself

[00:00:38] We're going back to

[00:00:40] 1995-ish

[00:00:41] When I got some of my earliest copies of Scholastic magazines at school

[00:00:46] Obviously, I don't remember the name of the articles and those Scholastic magazines

[00:00:50] But I remember some of the earlier ones that I found super super interesting. They weren't about penguins. They weren't about rocks

[00:00:57] They were the ones that mentioned space a

[00:01:02] Group of astronauts that was getting ready for a mission

[00:01:04] I remember that kind of thing and maybe the space shuttle

[00:01:06] I was like, this is the coolest thing ever and when we were asked to write about a topic that interested us

[00:01:12] I would always pick space something about the Hubble telescope some type of satellite of course though

[00:01:19] Aliens were always a thing that was interested in

[00:01:23] But see there was something about space that really made me feel like vulnerable like we are just a little

[00:01:30] Planet compared to like the rest of everything that's out there

[00:01:32] Right so when it came to picking a major once I got to college, I chose aerospace engineering. Did you know that?

[00:01:38] Oh, no, I didn't I just thought it was regular engineering. I had no idea it was aerospace. Yeah, there was this engineering

[00:01:44] I did all my internships with the space launch company. Oh, yeah in Florida and in Colorado now that makes

[00:01:51] Like why did he go to Florida?

[00:01:54] What's there? Why are building bridges in Florida like I don't understand

[00:01:58] I always kept up with news on space Mars curiosity rover the Hubble telescope

[00:02:03] Everything space. I always consider myself pretty logical for most of my life

[00:02:07] Except for when something just throws me off right like for example

[00:02:11] The time that I thought I saw a ghost or person that wasn't actually there and like this thing that I've mentioned several times somewhere already

[00:02:18] It was that one night in my room

[00:02:20] I started hearing this like low vibrating sounds like a helicopter and then it grew to like a full-on propeller sounds with bright lights

[00:02:27] And this bright bright bright light shining on my face

[00:02:30] I was terrified right and I was able to shake myself out of bed

[00:02:35] And I was still cold from all the wind that I felt and I ran to get my parents

[00:02:41] It was bizarre like it was a weird thing that happened to me

[00:02:44] And I forgot about the incident for a time until I stumbled upon a YouTube video late one night

[00:02:50] Of a person that was describing something similar to what happened to me when I was in high school

[00:03:00] When something creeps me out like that I kind of back off. Oh, I shouldn't do that

[00:03:04] I shouldn't I just don't want to look more into this. I'll just right. Yeah, I think I am like that

[00:03:09] I'm like no no what could be the reason for this even if it's like a

[00:03:15] Psychological or paranormal. I'm just like give me the reason so I can like prevent it

[00:03:22] So you try to reason it there and then right right like after a time like that night when I was watching the YouTube videos

[00:03:28] I found other similar videos and

[00:03:30] Man things got weird for this

[00:03:33] I'm not saying that I was kidnapped by aliens

[00:03:36] I'm just sharing an experience that I had that could have been a simple dream

[00:03:39] Maybe reading about space so much got me like thinking about the mysterious radio signals that were coming out from outer space

[00:03:47] Like oh, maybe I don't know but it's an argument

[00:03:51] although I can counter that with by saying that I've never had a similar experience since and

[00:03:56] I can still vividly remember what it felt like

[00:03:59] Helicopter in your room shining a bright light like this doesn't make any sense. I found this article by ABC News

[00:04:06] There was a story of twin sisters Audrey and Debbie who were part of a secret support group and this thing was called

[00:04:13] Starborn can you guess what that's about?

[00:04:16] Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper is a star is born

[00:04:21] This is a support group to talk about that to process everything to process that movie

[00:04:27] Anyway, no, it's an alien experience and awareness support group

[00:04:31] Basically a safe space for people to talk about their experiences being abducted by aliens

[00:04:36] Well, that's good that there is a safe space for that if you think it's aliens go talk to your alien support group

[00:04:43] Audrey and Debbie one of them mentioned that when they were kids

[00:04:46] They would see a bright blue light coming into the room and the door would open and they would see two figures coming in

[00:04:53] With black capes. They were bald and had big eyes. I hate that

[00:04:59] So they give out the capes that made that very sinister, right? Yeah, it's they're also surrounded by a misty blue light

[00:05:06] Audrey and Debbie would call them the bald men

[00:05:09] Although there are terms for this now like alien experts actually call them grays

[00:05:14] Oh, I thought it might have been grays

[00:05:16] Audrey and Debbie claimed to be abducted actually and sometimes they would be on the same

[00:05:21] spaceship saying that they could see their house from the sky and then

[00:05:25] Their memory would be erased but they still remember bits and pieces of it

[00:05:30] another member of this group was Terrell Copeland a former US Marine also from that same article and

[00:05:38] He has his own fame

[00:05:40] Because there's a bunch of articles about him and his experiences. He actually had a case he's case number 58

[00:05:48] 105 on the history series UFO hunters

[00:05:52] So he's kind of well known around the UFO community

[00:05:55] He said that he saw this big ball of light that wasn't moving his thoughts upon seeing this were quote

[00:06:02] Something's wrong here. Maybe I am in over my head. I'm not supposed to be looking at this stuff

[00:06:08] All right, I mean valid. Yeah, like I get it like I'm like maybe I'm not supposed to look at this now

[00:06:14] Okay, I'll just uh

[00:06:16] anyway, he ended up recording the light and

[00:06:19] He posted it to YouTube

[00:06:21] And then a strange visitor came to his front door. Oh

[00:06:25] Yeah, he was trying to get to sleep one night when he suddenly heard someone attempting to get inside his apartment

[00:06:32] So he looked up and said who is it nobody answered

[00:06:36] Then he saw the doorknob moving

[00:06:38] And he heard scratching at the door

[00:06:40] He thought about getting his gun, but he couldn't move. It was paralyzed and

[00:06:47] Then he heard a voice through the door say

[00:06:50] You don't need that weapon. We won't harm

[00:06:56] They paralyze me in bed and then they have to scratch at the door

[00:07:00] They can't just unlock the door with that power

[00:07:03] Well, they're alien power alien doors alien doors are different like just open

[00:07:09] Yeah, you just think like open and it just goes

[00:07:13] Yeah, he then started experiencing missing time

[00:07:17] Which is when you don't remember certain hours or days of your life

[00:07:21] Which they say that people have been abducted by aliens go through that then he started sharing his experiences

[00:07:27] And he was contacted by a ton of UFO hunters

[00:07:30] And that's when I said like he also ended up in one of those cases for the history series UFO hunters

[00:07:36] It's like a show they actually have a medical staff and they discovered that he had an unknown rare blood disorder

[00:07:44] Huh? Yeah, a thing that other extraterrestrial abductees also have maybe this blood disorder makes you hallucinate aliens, right?

[00:07:53] So in his interviews he comes off as logical sensible like he's just a normal guy talking about his experiences and

[00:08:00] He also mentions how previous civilizations always talk about entities from the sky to kind of make his point

[00:08:05] Like this has been going on for thousands of years. It's not just me

[00:08:09] But unfortunately the article that's literally called like whatever happened to that marine guy who saw a UFO

[00:08:17] Is behind a paywall and it cost five dollars and I need to subscribe

[00:08:22] So we're just gonna

[00:08:24] We're just gonna assume that he's got a book deal and he's doing really well

[00:08:28] God knows we do what we can to bring the truth to you here at scary mystery surprise

[00:08:36] It was not just a paywall. I guess it's like I want to read that article. I would buy it if I could but it's just

[00:08:43] There was ads in it that I was like why am I gonna support this?

[00:08:52] Reading these experiences from you know about these people made me think about my own experiences

[00:08:57] what if

[00:08:59] something had happened and I have more of a

[00:09:03] Direct experience with aliens than what I know. So you think you were abducted. I don't know

[00:09:08] I don't know if that means actually going with them in a spaceship or whatever

[00:09:12] But I know that it was something weird that really really just

[00:09:17] Correlates with a lot of these experiences seeing that bright light in the room missing time

[00:09:21] My logical side gets me where I'm just like no like this is you imagined it is on your head or whatever

[00:09:27] But I know what it I still remember what it was like and I can't forget it like it's just

[00:09:33] There it is in this happen the one experience that I was really searching for they mentioned

[00:09:39] Exactly almost to the like what it was that I saw that I felt

[00:09:44] strong winds bright light outside their window

[00:09:47] Shining in their face like and they can feel like cold wind is just blowing past you

[00:09:52] You're in this weird half awake half asleep state and you don't question it anymore

[00:09:57] And that's what happened with me

[00:09:59] What were your other senses doing well that all the lights and stuff were happening like was there a smell?

[00:10:06] Were you hearing anything?

[00:10:08] Weird, what did you feel?

[00:10:10] Imagine you're wearing like ear muffs right and you press them against your head

[00:10:16] So like you're kind of like really like you do there. That's easy because we have

[00:10:21] Literally the headphones on right now. So yeah, you're imagine you're at a concert and it's just really loud just

[00:10:28] Drump like that. So it's like you feel more of a vibration instead of sound but you know, it's still there's still sound there

[00:10:35] That's what it sounded like. That's what it felt like

[00:10:37] Temperature wise it was cold. It was windy

[00:10:39] It was like this like wind like it's just like this breeze like strong breeze and it was so bright that I couldn't look at it

[00:10:47] It's just shining straight at my face

[00:10:49] Like it's just like that you can barely open your eyes and like when you can you kind of want to put your hands over it

[00:10:55] Right, it was like this bright and it wouldn't go away and it was just like

[00:10:58] Like you don't know what it is. You don't know you can't really move that much like for me

[00:11:03] I was it was more like I

[00:11:05] Couldn't move like it was but I wasn't paralyzed. It was like I can't remember struggling

[00:11:09] I can't remember that but I can't remember like

[00:11:11] Getting up and moving away or stepping up to see it or was there a smell or a taste? No, no knowledge

[00:11:18] I don't think I was like

[00:11:20] How do I say it like it's not like a it's not like that wasn't conscious of I think I was capable of

[00:11:26] Telling a difference like that, but well, yeah

[00:11:28] If it smelled like rotten eggs or something like you know, like if it smelled like sulfur or you know

[00:11:33] There was a metallic taste in your mouth. There's something like that, you know, like there's nothing like that

[00:11:38] But I do know that it was it was cold

[00:11:40] I remember like that that point where like when you open your window and you're driving on the freeway

[00:11:44] And you can't you can't like breathe it was kind of like that

[00:11:47] It was more like you struggle with it when I read that other account that I couldn't find not now

[00:11:53] It was like that they said the same thing. They're like we it's as bright like you can barely see it

[00:11:57] You're overpowered by like light and

[00:12:00] Wind or air or like maybe it wasn't even wind

[00:12:03] It was like a strange force holding you there like you just don't know but it really made me

[00:12:08] Like think like oh this stuff might be real

[00:12:10] But like I said when that happened, I just ignored it like I just okay this happened

[00:12:15] That's it moved on until I started seeing all these other accounts. Well, yeah

[00:12:19] You I think you just because there's no way to really

[00:12:22] Process that until you start seeing that other people have had the same experience as you like you can easily write

[00:12:27] That off as a dream until you start seeing right have you ever asked anyone else in the male line of your family if they've had that happen?

[00:12:36] No, I mean there is like folklore stories about how alien abductions run in families

[00:12:43] Yeah, that'd be interesting just to know because I don't really talk to them that much as in like my dad

[00:12:48] Yeah, but like not you know, uncle's grandparents like no

[00:12:52] Now that I feel like oh I can actually research this stuff

[00:12:55] I can actually go and find information on how this works and do it

[00:12:58] I find myself like kind of holding back again. I'm just like no

[00:13:02] I don't really want to know because what if I what if something did happen or what if this is something?

[00:13:07] And I just don't want to know about it because I had I've had those like time skips, you know

[00:13:13] We're like I'm somewhere and like something happens or happens twice where I'm just like how the heck like already know

[00:13:18] What's gonna happen then other weird things that I'm like, how does it happen?

[00:13:22] How does that and I always consider myself very lucky like with some things I'm just kind of

[00:13:27] This happened and I'm I don't know why but I guess it just did but yeah

[00:13:31] And you know what? I guess the opposite side of this which is the weird strangest relationship ever

[00:13:37] Which I guess now would be called the situation ship

[00:13:40] Oh

[00:13:42] This thing that happened 10 years ago. No, I think about it

[00:13:45] This is the dolphin girl. Yes

[00:13:48] So I met dolphin girl back when I was in

[00:13:54] NorCal in northern, California

[00:13:55] I was in my phase of dropping out of school and signing up for school again

[00:13:59] And I had met a bunch of friends and there was a group of guys there that were

[00:14:04] Into tech and everything and out of that same group once I left. I got a message from dolphin girl

[00:14:12] And I was like, hey, what's up or whatever? Are you going to this thing? And I

[00:14:16] She knew that I spoke Spanish. She was learning Spanish. This is the initiation of whatever you call it courtship flirting

[00:14:23] She DM'd you she slid in to my DM

[00:14:29] Dolphin girl appeared. Anyway, we just kept that going right and

[00:14:32] We actually ended up meeting up hanging out a couple times

[00:14:35] And then I would yeah, I started traveling I went to Mexico and stayed there for a while

[00:14:39] Back and forth this time. We were just still talking the whole time

[00:14:43] And once I went back up to NorCal, she had just gone to Spain to do a

[00:14:49] The walk coming to the Santiago. Oh, nice, you know that thing that I did this past year

[00:14:54] Along the way she finds this pamphlet basically this hippie went up to her and said hey here you go

[00:14:59] here's some information

[00:15:01] And she was having some trouble like like identity type of things like trying to sort out your life and everything

[00:15:06] And she sees this thing that basically says

[00:15:10] Change your life now come to a meeting or whatever

[00:15:13] Yeah, try to be supportive. I'm like, I won't laugh just tell me like it's fine and she's like, okay

[00:15:17] Basically, there is this person who's telling the truth like the ultimate truth of humanity and everything

[00:15:25] However, it's not him talking

[00:15:27] But it's him channeling

[00:15:30] This alien and I'm gonna get this wrong because it's been so long

[00:15:34] But that lives 300 years in the future

[00:15:37] And it's trying to find a way to communicate with us now to warn us about things that are happening

[00:15:42] All right people that know about this stuff are gonna know

[00:15:46] What group i'm talking about because it is still active. You're always getting recruited by cults

[00:15:51] but anyway, this dolphin girl ended up really getting into this thing and

[00:15:57] The guy that channels the alien

[00:15:59] Tells people basically to follow your excitement. It's like whatever excites you like if I want to do this

[00:16:04] Just do it right ever. I thought it was okay. I was like, okay

[00:16:07] Well, I mean if you're into that she was like but

[00:16:10] If i'm the only one that believes it

[00:16:12] I don't know how we can work out if we don't share the beliefs because

[00:16:16] This is gonna affect basically how I live my life

[00:16:19] So she sent me material like stuff to read and

[00:16:22] Basically, she sent me this video of this guy

[00:16:25] Who's sitting in front of a group of people and he starts doing this like mouth thing like

[00:16:31] Like weird things and then he starts talking

[00:16:34] Saying that he finally connected with the alien and now the alien's talking and answering questions from the audience

[00:16:41] I found this bizarre

[00:16:44] Like we can't do they're like you don't don't right?

[00:16:47] I just love how many cults you've almost joined. There's something about this is just too funny

[00:16:53] It's just

[00:16:54] Edwin almost joined a cult like every fucking year

[00:16:58] She followed through with it like she kept you know going to those meetings paying up money to you know go there and support or whatever

[00:17:05] Eventually she ended up doing

[00:17:07] Dolphin communication courses

[00:17:10] I mean to be fair dolphins and whales are very smart. Yeah, our maybe they're the true leaders of the planet

[00:17:16] We don't know, you know, and she believed that she used to tell me like, you know, they're actually aliens

[00:17:20] Like they're not from this planet and I was like, oh, okay

[00:17:24] When I think of it now she was what I considered right a very just normal girl. She was just into poetry into singing

[00:17:31] She was learning guitar learning Spanish. She was just

[00:17:34] Normal like just the average

[00:17:36] girl and then she

[00:17:39] went

[00:17:40] The other way she ended up going to this stay in Sedona, Arizona

[00:17:44] She said that when she was gonna stay

[00:17:47] They were very open to things

[00:17:50] And that they also follow their excitement. It sounds like orgies. That's what I imagined

[00:17:56] And I was like, wait a minute. You're going to stay at this place where like people follow their excitement

[00:18:02] She was like, yeah, you know, she's like so it opens up a lot of possibilities for things like

[00:18:08] Like cheating on your

[00:18:10] Yeah

[00:18:11] your uh

[00:18:13] I don't know situation ship partner. It got even weirder when she said that

[00:18:18] if they feel like it's natural and right for

[00:18:22] members of the same family

[00:18:24] to

[00:18:25] Pursue a certain

[00:18:27] Wow, that's pretty culty. I mean that I just love how many red flags you

[00:18:33] Like not the talking to dolphins not the fucking your family

[00:18:37] Is that you didn't join the religion is like what broke you guys? I don't understand a lot of

[00:18:42] Things like I realized like there's so much stuff that is just that's fair. No one does

[00:18:47] Like out there. I never thought I'd be so close to someone who

[00:18:51] would I guess

[00:18:52] Be lost to this

[00:18:54] The last thing I knew about her. Um, she was still into this this stuff

[00:18:58] Well, hopefully it's worked out for her and she's having a lot of good times following her excitement, which

[00:19:05] That sounds kind of fun at certain times in my life. That sounds like that would have been a great time

[00:19:21] Like makes that real that oh aliens do exist and alien I was you know

[00:19:31] Yes, yeah, it doesn't validate her crazy shit different experience different

[00:19:36] You know, you're not channeling messages and trying to tell people how to live their lives because of your experience

[00:19:43] That's different. True. And also I have a sneaking feeling they collect money

[00:20:02] I want to know about it. I want to know if people have experienced anything with

[00:20:06] Super bright lights over your car over your room. Um, that helicopter sound like that wind

[00:20:15] Yeah, it's really weird because I've heard that spaceships are silent and then I heard that

[00:20:20] So I don't know. I don't know if it was my ears reacting to no

[00:20:23] I think your experience happened to you. I don't know what it is

[00:20:31] Yeah, even though I I can't say that I fully 100 believe that aliens are among us right now

[00:20:38] It's a very interesting story. Like if you think of it like, oh, we're not alone

[00:20:42] There's people out there. I mean, there's other beings out there and they're visiting us and
